The Third Age Festival 20183. 10. 2018
On October 1-3, the Fund was, once again, actively present at this year's Third Age Festival at Cankarjev dom, the Cultural and Congress Centre in Ljubljana. The program offered more than 2500 cultural, expert and educational events, more than 170 organizations took part in the exhibitions, and there were over 17.500 visitors. This festival is a unique event for the elderly in Slovenia in the largest European event of this sort. It is a place where people connect, share ideas and use creativity, and it is dedicated to enhancing active aging, improving the quality of life for the elderly and promoting intergenerational solidarity.
